Session Registration & Cancellation:

• No speculative registrations. Sign-up as far in advance as you like for sessions you fully intend to join.
• No guest booking. Reserve only your spot for a session.
• 24 hours notice for cancellations. Use the my sessions page to cancel your reservation.
• $20 fee (or one card punch) per tardy cancellation. The fee will be charged for cancellations inside 24 hours ONLY if your spot goes unfilled.

Session Time: Please arrive early enough to get setup before the session start time (at least 15 minutes prior). For certain workouts the program does not allow us to “add” you on w/o re-setting everyone else if you are late.

Schedule Changes: We will announce changes to individual sessions via email, for example in the case of inclement weather.

Attendance cancellations: FOR 6PM SESSIONS ONLY… if there are less than 4 riders registered we will cancel the session. Please check website before you head over.

Privacy: Joe’s Garage Inc. will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information. Your personal contact information is used only for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and providing services relating to your business with us. We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data from our system. You may request to be removed from our mailing or website system at anytime by emailing to info@joesbikegarage.com.
